''Annual General Meeting - Sunday 5 January 2020''

Dear all,

This is just to confirm that the AGM has been attended by 112 people and it has broken our record for the first time in Colchester.

I like to pay tribute to those people who came and supported our Society. I also like to take this opportunity to thank for organising food for the last time by the outgoing Food Coordinator and his assistant (Rubin Gurung and Hari Malla).

I am happy to take the responsibility of Chair CNS for another two years and I like to take this opportunity to thank those previous committee members in continuing their role for further two years.

I am sad that due to some domestics and their own engagements the following will not be carrying forward their previous roles and I like to take this opportunity to thank them for their excellent services for the society and it will remain with us for ever.
