Dear all,

I just like to say thank you all so much who turned up at the AGM yesterday. I hope everyone enjoyed the AGM followed by an excellent messing provided by the Food Coordinators and drinks provided by Beverages Coordinator.

We have set our programme until January 2020, I hope each and everyone will help the committee members to carry out the programme as smoothly as possible. It is your Society and you must play a vital and pivotal role in order to ensure everyone is happy and enjoying life as much as one can within the community.

We must not deviate from our objectives and programmes which has been laid for the next year. Please help the committee members to help you. Our commitment will remain 150% for your wellbeing, welfare, listening and supporting your needs and helping as much as we can.

Let us know if you face with any problems and we will try our utmost best to sort out your problems.

Let us all stick together and no one should deviate you from the society and if any people do try to deviate you from the society, let the committee members know as a matter of priority.

Finally I can’t stop writing this message without thanking everyone who turned up yesterday and most importantly the Food Coordinators and their assistants who have provided such an excellent and mouthwatering messing, it has gone down really well. I must also thank the Beverages Coordinator who have provided tea, coffee, biscuits, associated items including beer and soft drinks.
