CNS welcome Min Sherchan, husband of Uma Sherchan

‘’Visit to Uma and Min Sherchan’’

The Executive Committee minus (the Secretary who was absent due to his work) paid a visit to Uma and Min Sherchan at No 3 Circus Square Colchester at 11am on Sunday 27 October.

Min Sherchan married Uma Gauchan sometime ago, he only managed to get his visa recently and has arrived from Nepal with his Sasu Mina and Sasura Hari Gauchan to join his wife Uma Sherchan in Colchester.

The Chair made special welcome to Min Sherchan on behalf of Colchester Nepalese Society and advised him the responsibilities of a good husband and Jwain. He has been asked to be a very good member of CNS and take part in its activities as much as he can.

Once the Chair has completed his short speech, the Area Reps Amar Limbu and Bishu Sherchan gave a khada and card to Min Sherchan and Ladies Coordinator gave Uma Sherchan a khada and bouquet of flower followed by khada each to father Mr Hari Gauchan and mother Mrs Mina Gauchan.

The visit was organised during the festive season, Mina Gauchan (the Sasu) has prepared cell roti and varieties of food and enjoyed by the team. The Executive Team left at around 2pm having accomplished in welcoming Min Sherchan in Colchester.
