‘’Welcome to Purna Bahadur Limbu husband of Purna Kumari (Mamo) Limbu’’

The Executive Committee minus (the Secretary who was absent due to his work) paid a visit to Purna Bahadur Limbu at 87 Winnock Road Colchester at 6pm on Monday 9 December 2019.

Mamo Limbu married Purna Bahadur Limbu sometime ago in Nepal and has taken sometime to get his Indefinite Leave to Enter (ILE) in the country. He arrived in Colchester to join his wife in July but unfortunately we were unable to visit them until 9 December

.

The Chair made special welcome to Purna Bahadur Limbu on behalf of Colchester Nepalese Society and advised him the responsibilities of a good husband. He has been asked to be a very good member of CNS and take part in its activities as much as he can. He was further asked to take part in the roles of committee members when he is settled well in Colchester.

Once the Chair has made his short speech, the Ladies Coordinator presented a khada, bouquet of flower and CNS hamper to Mamo Limbu and the Chair presented a khada to Purna and welcoming card by Area Rep Yashoda Shrestha. We have then taken a group photograph.

We enjoyed the refreshment prepared by Mamo and left at about 1915 hours. Once again welcome to Colchester Purna and enjoy your married life as much as you can.
