Dear Bishnu and Kamala,

I hope this message finds you well despite the difficult circumstances.

I am writing to extend my deepest condolences on the passing of your beloved mother and, shortly after that, your father. Losing both parents in such a short period is an incredibly profound loss, and my heart goes out to you and your family during this challenging period.

The Chair shared a few words of sympathy, reminding us all that while we must let life go on, we cannot hang on to it forever. It is human nature that we all must go to eternity sooner or later. We hope you find solace in knowing that your parents lived long and fulfilling lives, which is something to be grateful for.

During our visit, the Ladies' Coordinator and Vice Chair presented Rupa to Bishnu and Kamala to bring back some of their souls, which may have gone with your departed parents' souls. We also handed you and Kamala a CNS hamper bag and a sympathy card as tokens of our support and sympathy.

The CNS executives present at the visit included the Vice Chair, Ladies Coordinator, Area Rep St Michael, and myself as the Chair. We were honoured to be with you during this difficult time and bid you farewell before returning to our residences by 7 pm.
